To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support via the Contact page. We will then send you a shipping label with the address to where to send the item.
Customers must request and return the item within two weeks of purchasing to be eligible for a refund.
Currently, we do not offer exchanges as an alternative to refunds. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow the refund process outlined above.
We do not offer refunds on anything bought on the Vitamins and Supplements page for obvious safety reasons.
